This four-part lecture series will cover the fundamentals of science writing while offering new exercises and strategies for unlocking effective writing. This workshop is suitable for PhD students at any stage in their research.

Participants should come prepared to write with preferred writing technologies, a notebook or paper for long-hand writing, and any notes on current research that they may want to reference for brainstorming, outlining, and pre-writing.

Dr. Tessa Jacobs holds a PhD in English from Ohio State University, and she has five years of experience teaching academic writing. When she is not teaching or writing, she enjoys exploring Munich and trying new restaurants.
