Neaspec wins prize in the MBPW

Spin-off of CeNS members successful in the business competition MBPW

The well-known business contest Münchner Business Plan Wettbewerb (MBPW) awarded for the 15th time prizes for promising business plans from the Munich region. This year, a team from Neaspec with IDK-NBT Alumnus Stefan Schiefer finished third in the final stage of the contest and won a prize money of 5.000 Euros.
Neaspec is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for nanoscale optical imaging & spectroscopy for research laboratories in industry and academic institutions. Established in 2007 by CeNS members Fritz Keilmann and Rainer Hillenbrand with co-founder Nenad Ocelic, Neaspec is until today the only commercial supplier of apertureless near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSOM) microscopes.
